Head Start Programs operated by public schools are not required to have a license, but in order to participate in Wisconsin’s QRIS program YoungStar, must apply with the DCF licensing agency and be monitored for compliance with a subset of the licensing rules annually. This workshop will provide information on the licensing requirements subject to monitoring and the YoungStar program. Bring questions and concerns and receive help to navigate the waters.
